Our coaching services are confidential and can be applied 1:1 and/or with teams. By using the PEAR © coaching model (Prepare, Explore, Action, Review) we focus on 4 key areas required for effective executive leadership:

personal leadership styles

delivering business objectives

effective interpersonal leadership

communication and team leadership

We also apply our coaching services to specific areas such as performance management and performance review processes. We know that sometimes conducting appraisals and using this as a forward-thinking opportunity can be a challenge, as so often the focus is on the past. We help you identify top talent development, provide a sounding board for testing ideas and help correct any derailing behaviour in under-performing staff and or teams.

We do use assessments, including a team assessment that benchmarks against over 200 top performing teams in North America, are available to support coaching clients. However, unlike many other firms, we don’t believe in automatically applying these. We only do this once we have a clear direction from the client and work with the individual / teams to really understand the objectives and goals that coaching is aiming to achieve
